I am a specialist in food ingredients, both sourcing and innovation, in particular from the Mediterranean. I have extensive UK and international experience in factory auditing and am a lead assessor. I am also a SALSA auditor and mentor and have knowledge of Quality Systems. I am an Innovation Advisor and can assist with company startup/expansion.
