We are a small family company producing high quality, well presented, very varied ranges of award-winning condiments, salts, seasonings, extracts and nostalgia confectionery that grew out of Uncle Roy's restless nature, his hatred of English Mustard and our award-winning Delicatessen in Moffat.

When we sold the deli in 2003 Uncle Roy's became a stand-alone manufacturer - with our four original Mild & Mellow Moffat Mustards.We now produce a wide array of award-winning condiments and other fine foods such as Gravy Salts, Sauces, Relishes, Preserves, Dressings, Natural Extracts, Essences and Colours, Edible Flower Petals, Smoked Ingredients and Salts.

Uncle Roy's creations have collected 26 GREAT TASTE AWARDS - known as the Food Oscars - as well as other accolades and praise from Chefs, writers and broadcasters. We also produce Gravy Salts, an extensive range of all natural concentrated extracts, Flower Petal Based Seasonings, Specialty Mustards, Gourmet Salts, and a big selection of Gifts - all produced here in Southern Scotland. Pioneered in our deli window we have a lovely selection Sweets And Treats From Yesteryear - childhood favourites to bring a smile to a loved one's face.

In 2010 Uncle Roy brought the only legal Mustard Seed Oils to the UK and EU - arguably the healthiest and tastiest culinary oils available anywhere.

We supply Delicatessens, Visitor Attractions, Department Stores,Garden Centres, Food Halls and Fine Food Stores throughout the UK and worldwide including well known names such as Harrods, Fortnum & Mason, Jenners, National Trust, etc. Our products can be bought on-line or from fine food shops, farm shops, food halls, delis and butchers worldwide.

Uncle Roy was very honoured to be voted Food Producer of the year 2012 in the Dumfries & Galloway Life "People of The Year Awards"
